Who can participate in AMPlified?
Students from HCLTech partner colleges whose email is on their college's official 50-student roster. Your TPO manages the roster — reach out to them if your email isn't listed.
I'm on the roster but can't sign in. What do I do?
Use the exact email your TPO submitted. If you see 'not eligible', that email isn't on the active roster — contact your TPO. For password or OTP issues, write to support@hackerearth.com.
When do the Round 1 challenges go live?
Round 1 kicks off on Thu, Jul 24 at 7:00 PM IST with the live-stream; the AI/ML Challenge opens at 8:00 PM IST. Submissions close on Sat, Aug 8. Buttons on your dashboard unlock automatically at launch time.
How do teams work?
Round 1 (Weekly Challenges and the AI/ML Challenge) is solo. Team formation kicks in for Round 2 — teams of up to 3, all from the same college. You'll form teams inside the challenge page on HackerEarth.
How are tokens and the leaderboard calculated?
Tokens are earned per challenge based on your score and tier. The college leaderboard aggregates tokens across all rostered students — so participation from your whole cohort matters.
Is the challenge proctored?
Yes. Keep your webcam on, stay on the challenge tab, and don't use unauthorized help. Full proctoring rules and do's/don'ts are in the Participant Handbook.
